The ISO7221ADR Digital Isolators Dual CH 1/1 1Mbps Dig Iso manufactured by Texas Instruments are integrated galvanic isolators based on iCoupler technology that provide 1 Mbps channel-to-channel isolation. They are double-channel digital isolators featuring two digital input channels and two digital output channels operating at 1 Mbps data rates. The device offers a high 800 Vrms for 1 min minimum isolation test voltage, as well as CMOS and TTL compatibility. It also has an integrated Faraday shielding along with traceability and lifecycle management support for quality control purposes. The industry-standard 8-lead SOIC package provides high operating temperature ratings up to 125°C.
