The CD74HCT670M is a TCMOS logic 8-bit 2-input multiplexer/demultiplexer with multiplexer select and registers manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a low on-state resistance of 11 O (typical) and low power consumption. The device can be used for two-way data transfer between two Cross Point buffers, as well as for data switching in applications requiring dual rail data input and output signals. The package of the chip is SO-14, and has peak device ratings of 4.5V and 30V supply voltage range. It is an ideal device for digital logic-level swings of 2.6V to 5.5V. The CD74HCT670M includes TTL compatible digital inputs, which can be connected to TTL levels directly or can be driven by 3.3V/5V small driver MOSFET source circuits.
