The CD74HC73M96 is a CMOS logic dual JK flip-flop with reset from Texas Instruments. This part is part of their family of high-speed CMOS logic digital logic integrated circuits. It is designed to be used in high-performance memory and logic applications, providing fast edge rates, low power dissipation, and the ability to handle 10mA drive current without the need of clamp circuits. The integrated reset circuit allows the device to be reset within one clock cycle. This flip-flop has a J (data) and K (clock) input, as well as two outputs (Q and Q) that can be set and cleared individually (set-reset enable pins) or simultaneously (parallel enable pin). Additionally, the part features a Schmitt trigger input for noise immunity. The device is provided in a 5-pin TSSOP, 5-pin SOL and 8-pin SO packages.
