The CD74AC109M96 is a high-speed CMOS octal non-inverting buffer/inverter made by Texas Instruments. It is designed to accept standard TTL input logic levels and provide high-level CMOS output levels. It contains eight non-inverting buffer/inverters with separate active-high output-enable (OE) inputs for each section. When OE is low, the outputs are active and that data on the A inputs will be present on the Y outputs. When OE is low, all of the outputs are in the high-impedance state and do not contribute to the internal propagation delays. The device is pin and functionally compatible with the standard 14- and 16-pin DIP packages, including the industry-standard 74LS109A.
