The CD4066BE Bilateral, FET Switches 1 x 1:1 14-PDIP manufactured by Texas Instruments is a CMOS device designed to analog and digital signals and provide excellent switching performance over a wide range of operating conditions. This part is a quad bilateral switch which uses a unique single-ended logic input design. With its easy to use single-ended logic input, it is capable of switching a wide range of signals including up to 5V digital logic signals. Each switch provides both normally open and normally closed paths and low ON resistance which provide low power consumption and low crosstalk. This part is available in both DIP and SOIC packages, and is ideal for multiplexing and data bus applications.
