This microcontroller is powered by a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4F and offers support for Bluetooth 5.2, Zigbee, Thread, and IEEE 802.15.4 protocols. It also features an integrated 2.4GHz radio, a boosted radio transmitter with up to +14dBm output power, and an on-chip crystal-less BAW resonator for low-cost operation. It is housed in a 48-VQFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications, and has been characterized for -40°C to 85°C extended temperature ranges.
