The BQ21061YFPR Battery Management Standalone 1-cell 1.5-A linear charger, Power Path, 4.2-V VBAT and VOUT=VBAT + 225mV 20-DSBGA -40 to 85 manufactured by Texas Instruments is a compact and cost-effective 15-pin, 20-DSBGA (double-sided ball grid array) battery management system.
