POWERSTP4054 is a SOT-23-5L Battery Management IC manufactured by TECH PUBLIC POWER, designed for Lithium Ion battery charging. It offers fast charge current and termination current programming capability, as well as low supply current, and high accuracy current sensing capability. The device also features over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and supports safe precharging before the main charging. It is capable of operating with Li-Ion/Li-Po Cell voltages up to 4.2V. It is lead-free and compliant with ROHS requirements.
