ATIONSThe FDS4935A with SOP8 Pre-ordered transistors ROHS manufactured by TECH PUBLICATIONS is a thin-, low-voltage, and low-power switch mode power MOSFET FET driver IC. It is designed to drive large NMOS FETs such as those found in switch mode supplies and power converters in applications such as chargers, adapters, and other high current switching applications. It is constructed with a low capacitance package to reduce EMI and interference. The device is RoHS compliant with a very low on-state resistance and an enable/disable logic circuit. This enables it to operate in a wide range of voltages and currents for reliable performance.
