The SK6013AD4-28 with DFN1x1-4L is a series of voltage regulators (LDOs) manufactured by Suntek. The series is designed to provide a low-dropout voltage regulating solution with an excellent noise performance and also features low input/output voltage ripple. The series operates over a wide input voltage range of 0.8V to 6.0V, while the output voltage range is adjustable from 1.2V to 5.5V in 100mV increments.
