The VL53L3CXV0DH/1 with Proximity Sensors Time-of-Flight (ToF) ranging sensor with multi-target detection manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a long-range ranging and sensing device developed in ST’s FlightSense™ technology. It is a miniaturized Photonic Mixer Device (PMD) assembly that integrates an advanced, high-definition programmable timing technology using direct-time-of-flight measurement principles. This sensing device offers absolute ranging measurements up to 4 m and features a number of advanced and flexible features in detection, ranging and compensation. It offers fast response time with accurate, high definition multi-target identification down to 0.3 m and is capable of multiple simultaneous target sensing and multi-target detection.
