.The TSC2011HYDT is a high-voltage, precision, bidirectional current sense amplifier manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has a wide operating voltage range of 0V to 25V and a wide supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It features a patented process-independent current sensing architecture that is able to measure both negative and positive currents up to 35mA with an offset within ±12mV. The current measurement is independent of process and temperature variations. The device also includes a shutdown option that reduces current consumption to less than 50 µA. It is offered in a 5-pin SOT23 package.
