TS3021ILT is a temperature sensor from STMicroelectronics. It is a dual-channel temperature sensor IC with a remote diode temperature sensing option. The two independent channels allow for remote sensing as well as local sensing. It uses NTC (negative temperature coefficient) for temperature sensing. The two channels are switchable between two different temperature thresholds, with the thresholds settable using an external resistor. It also includes two open-drain comparator outputs to indicate when the temperature threshold has been reached. The device is available in an SOT23-5L package and operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply.
