The TL432AIL3T is an adjustable MicroPower shunt voltage reference from STMicroelectronics. It offers a low temperature coefficient of ±50ppm/°C and high accuracy of better than 0.25%. It is offered in the SOT-23 package and operates from a supply voltage of 1.25V to 32V. The TL432AIL3T also features a low quiescent current of typically 0.4µA and an improved initial accuracy of ±2.5% of 2.5V, 1.24V and adjustable voltage versions. The adjustable versions provides high accuracy over specified temperature, line, and load conditions.
