The TL431CDT is a three-terminal adjustable exact-voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics. It is able to provide a programmable output voltage of between 1.24V and 36V. It is adjustable with an external resistor divider, and can provide up to 100mA of output current. It features low quiescent current and high-precision outputs. It is ideally suited for use in shunt regulators, precision timing, error-correction circuits and C-V reflow circuits. It is provided in a SOT-23 package.
