The STPMIC1BPQR is a Power Management Specialised - PMIC 14 Output Rails PMIC 4 Adjustable Constant ON Time (COT) Buck SMPS Converters BO manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This device is a highly integrated and cost-effective power management IC (PMIC) designed for powering systems and sub-systems in various end-mobile applications. The IC integrates 14 output rails as PMIC, four adjustable Constant ON Time (COT) Buck Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) converters and an on-chip Arm Cortex-M0+ processor for managing the power states. The device implements up to 13 power rails, each with its own adjustable output voltage, as well as four Buck SMPS controllers with a wide input voltage range, current-mode feedback and adjustable COT. In addition, to reduce the external component count, the STPMIC1BPQR features internal regulators for VDD1 and VDD2 and a POR/PDR/R. The pmic supports all the popular digital audio, HDD, and networking protocols, as well as analog and memory\ interfaces and an adjustable general-purpose output. The integrated Cortex-M0+ processor provides an advanced control system that can be programmed to manage the power rails according to the protocol. The device also integrates an RTC counter for implementing time control and security features. The STPMIC1BPQR is available in 0.65mm 8-pin, 0.8mm 10-pin, and 1mm 10-pin packages.
