The STN93003 is a NPN bipolar transistor developed by STMicroelectronics. It is intended for medium-power switching and amplifier applications. It features a VCEO of 400V, a PDP of 1.6W, and an IC of 1.5A. This device has a low-profile SOT223 surface-mounted package, making it suitable for space-constrained PCB designs.
