The STM809TWX6F is a supervisory circuit manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is specifically designed to set a reset event when the voltage drops below a set threshold. The device features a supply voltage of 3.08V and has a reset time of 140ms. The device provides both active-high and active-low reset outputs, and provides a quick and precise reset under low power conditions. In addition, the device can detect brown-out conditions even with very stable power supply. Finally, the device features an enable pin that can be used to modify its reset parameters, such as reset threshold and reset window.
