The STM6823SWY6F is a Supervisory Circuits with Watchdog/Manual Input manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This device is a dual-channel reset IC for monitoring the power rail voltage in automotive, industrial, and communications applications. It features a low quiescent current, an adjustable supervisory voltage, an active low reset output, and a watchdog timer with three selectable time intervals. Additionally, it can be activated manually, allowing for easy field testing and debugging. This device operates over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and has an operating voltage range of 2.850 to 3.000VRST.
