The STLM75DS2F is a digital temperature sensor module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a two-terminal digital temperature sensor that is available in a variety of packages, such as SOT323, SOT353, and SOIC8. The STLM75DS2F has a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with 0.5°C accuracy and offers four selectable fault settings for temperature monitoring, comparison, and alert. It is compatible with both I2C and SMBus serial interface communication protocols and has an extended operating supply voltage range from 2.25V to 5.5V. It also offers a wide range of thermal management features, such as overtemperature shutdown and critical trip, as well as an integrated Watchdog.
