The STG3157CTR is an Analog Switch IC from STMicroelectronics. It is a Low Voltage, Low-On SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw) switch which is used for low-power, low-voltage switching applications. The device contains an advanced high-voltage process that enables fast switching and minimal power losses. With a low junction-to-case capacitance of 17pF, the device is used in applications where fast switching in the nano-second range is critical. It is suitable for both AC or DC, as well as video, RF, and other high-frequency applications. The device is equipped with two separate control interface pins for switching control, allowing for fast responses with minimal power consumed. The device also has an electro-static discharge protection circuit and integrated latch to prevent unwanted switch closures.
