The M74HC595YRM13TR is a 8-bit shift register and latch integrated circuit manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It features a shift register, shift register control, 8 3-state output latches and 3-state output control. This part is based on the high speed CMOS technology and provides total power dissipation of 0.13W. It has typically tPHL/tPLH outputs of 8/10ns and noise immunity of 0.45Vcc (typical).
