M74HC151 8-channel multiplexer Datasheet - production data Description The M74HC151 is a high-speed CMOS 8-channel multiplexer manufactured using silicon 2 gate C MOS technology. SO16 TSSOP16 It provides, in one device, the ability to select one bit of data from up to eight sources. The M74HC151 can be used as a universal function generator to generate any logic function of four Features variables. Outputs Y and W are complementary High speed: t = 17 ns (typ.) at V = 6 V PD CC the selection depends on the address inputs A, Low power dissipation: B, and C. The strobe input must be taken low to I = 4 A (max.) at T = 25 C enable this device. When the strobe is high, the CC A W output is forced high and consequently the Y High noise immunity: V = V = 28 % V (min.) output goes low. All inputs are equipped with NIH NIL CC protection circuits to guard against static Symmetrical output impedance: discharge and transient excess voltage. I = I = 4 mA (min) OH OL Balanced propagation delays: t ~= t PLH PHL Wide operating voltage range: Table 1: Device summary V (OPR) = 2 V to 6 V CC Pin and function compatible with Temperature Order code Package Packaging Marking 74 series 151 range ESD performance SO16 CDM: 1 kV (1) -40 C to Tape and M74HC151YRM13TR (automotive 74HC151Y +125 C reel HBM: 2 kV 1 grade) MM: 200 V -55 C to Tape and M74HC151RM13TR SO16 74HC151 +125 C reel -55 C to Tape and M74HC151TTR TSSOP16 HC151 +125 C reel TSSOP16 -40 C to Tape and 1 M74HC151YTTR (automotive HC151Y +125 C reel 1 grade) Notes: (1) Qualification and characterization according to AEC Q100 and Q003 or equivalent, advanced screening according to AEC Q001 and Q002 or equivalent.
