The M48Z08-100PC is a Serial Nonvolatile 6-Time Programmable Array (SNVPA) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is an 8-pin DIP package with a single-power 5.0V design and up to 100 kHz write and read speed. This device features 8Kbit of memory, 128x64 bits of NV memory, a 32-bit nonvolatile internal register, and four user-defined registers. Additionally, this device is designed for low-power applications with a typical current consumption of 140µA.
