The LM317MDT-TR by STMicroelectronics is an adjustable positive voltage regulator IC (integrated circuit) with a maximum output current of 500mA. It provides a regulated output voltage from 1.2V to 37V and is packaged in a DPAK surface mount configuration. This device utilizes a three-terminal design with an adjustable current limit and input-to-output isolation. Features of this device include 15V maximum input voltage, 0.1O maximum output and line regulation, 0.2O maximum output and load regulation, 1mA minimum output current, 1µA typical reverse current and 10µA maximum reverse current. It also has a maximum internal temperature of 150°C and is RoHS-compliant.
