The STMicroelectronics LDLN025M30R is an ultra-low-noise 250 mA LDO voltage regulator designed to provide clean, fast, and reliable power supply solutions for a wide variety of applications. This device offers wide input voltage range (1.7 V to 15 V) and adjustable output voltage (from 0.8 V to 13.2 V in 8 steps) with ultra-low noise performance. It further features a maximum dropout voltage of only 200 mV, making it highly efficient, and a maximum current of 250 mA, making it suitable for both linear and switching power supplies. Additionally, this device is equipped with under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and input inrush current limiting features, giving it further protection from possible damage. The LDLN025M30R also provides high accuracy over a wide temperature range and works well with large outputs due to its low output impedance, making it a great choice for applications requiring both high accuracy and reliable power delivery.
