The L78M15ABDT-TR is an L78M-series fixed-output voltage regulator made by STMicroelectronics. It is an adjustable three-terminal positive-voltage regulator with an output voltage range of 1.2 V to 37 V. It is designed to provide a constant output voltage at currents up to 1.5A. The device features thermal overload protection and short-circuit protection, and can operate in an ambient temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. It is housed in an TO-220 package, which is available in Low Power, High Power, and Ultra Low Power versions.
