The L6377D is a pre-driver / high-side switch designed to drive single or bidirectional inductive loads like relays, solenoid valves, small motors, and other inductive loads. This device integrates a high-current pre-driver and a high-voltage 500mA power MOSFET. It is specified over the wide temperature range from 40°C to 125°C and suitable for automotive applications. The operating frequency is up to 25kHz with a power supply range of 8 to 35V and is packaged in a SO14 package. It also features a low-power standby mode and thermal shutdown.
