The ISO8200BTR with Power Switch ICs – Power Distribution Galvanic 8-Channel Solid State Relay is an automotive grade, low-side Power Switch IC from STMicroelectronics. The ISO8200BTR offers 8 channels of low on-resistance solid-state relays, with each channel switchable up to 45V and 0.11 Ohms with a maximum load of 0.07A. The ISO8200BTR is galvanically isolated from its gate driver to improve noise and EMI immunity for improved system performance.
