HCF4093 Quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger Datasheet - production data ESD performance HBM: 2 kV MM: 200 V CDM: 1 kV SO14 Applications Automotive Industrial Features Computer Consumer Schmitt trigger action on each input with no external components Description Hysteresis voltage typically 0.9 V at V = 5 V DD and 2.3 V at V =10 V DD The HCF4093 is a monolithic integrated circuit Noise immunity greater than 50 % of fabricated in metal oxide semiconductor V ( typ.) technology available in the SO14 package. DD No limit on input rise and fall times The HCF4093 consists of four Schmitt trigger circuits. Each circuit function has a 2-input NAND Quiescent current specified up to 20 V gate with Schmitt trigger action on both inputs. Standardized symmetrical output The gate switches at different points for positive characteristics and negative going signals. The difference 5 V, 10 V, and 15 V parametric ratings between the positive voltage (V ) and the P negative voltage (V ) is defined as hysteresis Input leakage current I = 100 nA (max.) at N I voltage (V ).
