HCF4060 14-stage ripple carry binary counter/divider and oscillator Datasheet - production data Applications Automotive Industrial Computer Consumer Description The HCF4060 device is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in MOS (metal oxide Features semiconductor) technology available in SO16 and PDIP16 packages. Medium speed operation The HCF4060 device consists of an oscillator Common reset section and 14 ripple carry binary counter stages. Fully static operation The oscillator configuration allows design of either Buffered inputs and outputs RC or crystal oscillator circuits. A RESET input is Quiescent current specified up to 20 V provided which resets the counter to the all 0s 5 V, 10 V and 15 V parametric ratings state and disables the oscillator. A high level on the RESET line accomplishes the reset function. Input leakage current: I = 100 nA (max.) I All counter stages are master slave flip-flops. The at V = 18 V, T = 25 C DD A state of the counter is advanced one step in 100% tested for quiescent current binary order on the negative transition of (and 1 ESD performance ). All inputs and outputs are fully buffered. 0 Schmitt trigger action on the clock pin permits HBM: 1 kV unlimited clock rise and fall time. MM: 200 V CDM: 1 kV Table 1.
