The HCF4051YM013TR is a CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a low-power, low-voltage, 3-channel device designed to multiplex or demultiplex analog and digital signals. The device is a surface-mountable SO-14 package, featuring an on-chip protection circuit. On-chip logic inputs allow user to select one of three data sources. A single supply voltage of 3 to 18 volts is all that is needed to operate the device. The device also features low noise, low off-state leakage currents, and high speed.
