The STMicroelectronics ESDCAN02-2BWY is a High-Speed Controller Area Network (CAN) hybrid transceiver that combines an isolated CAN transceiver with integrated linear regulators, an isolated high-frequency dc-to-dc converter, and a galvanic isolation barrier. The integrated linear regulators provide a regulated output voltage for the internal circuits and I/O supplies, while the isolated high-frequency DC-to-DC converter generates an intermediate bus voltage for the transistor outputs of the CAN section.
