The STC15W408AS-35I-SOP16 is an 8-bit microcontroller made by the STC factory. It is a SOP-16 package with a pin pitch of 150mil and is RoHS compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive compliant). It has an on-chip Flash program memory, RAM, SFRs and various peripherals which can be used to build a wide range of applications. It supports both 11.0952MHz and 12MHz clock frequency options. It provides total 68 instructions and supports up to seven 8-bit general purpose registers. It is a low-power device with a 2V to 5V operating range and a sleep current of 0.12µA. It has an EMI( Electro-Magnetic Interference ) mask capability.
