The SolidRun MicroSOM i4X4 is a System on Module (SoM) with 1280 Cortex-A53 cores and WIFI/BT enabled. It features the Microchip SAMA5D35 microcontroller, DDR3 SDRAM and built-in WiFi/Bluetooth v2.1, making this module a cost-effective and powerful solution for embedded products. The form factor of the boards measures 56mm x 56mm. The MicroSOM i4X4 SoM offers support for Yocto, Debian, Android and Windows Embedded as well as other operating systems. It also comes with I/O support including USB, Ethernet, Canbus, audio, micro SD, eMMC, SPI and I2C. Additionally, the SoM can be used for prototyping and development through the extensive library of examples and development tools.
