DATA SHEET SMP1371-087LF DIODE DATA SHEET SMP1371-087LF: Surface Mount PIN Diode Applications Switches Features Low-series resistance: 0.5 maximum 10 mA Low total capacitance: 1.2 pF maximum 20 V QFN (2 x 2 mm) package (MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020) Description The SMP1371-087LF is a surface mountable PIN diode suitable for use in an RF switch or attenuator circuit. Maximum resistance at 10 mA is 0.5 and maximum capacitance at 20 V is 1.2 pF. The combination of low capacitance, low parasitic inductance, and nominal 12 m I-region width, makes the SMP1371-087LF useful in fast, large signal switch applications. The device has a 1 W dissipation power rating, which makes it capable of handling up to 55 W Continuous Wave (CW) and 550 W peak (1 s pulse, 1 percent duty cycle) in a series-connected transmit/receive (T/R) switch.
