The SSP61CC2502MR is a SOT23-3 RoHS-compliant microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor from Siproin. This device is designed to provide the necessary voltage and reset monitoring for a system that contains a microcontroller, microprocessor or other integrated circuits. The device includes a voltage supervisor with 2.5V/3.3V selectable trip point and active-low reset output. It also features a watchdog timer with timeout periods selectable from 2ms to 8s through an external capacitor. The SSP61CC2502MR provides immunity from supply transients, power cycle and short-circuit conditions. It is capable of operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
