The SEDFN2105C is a RoHS compliant Diode Electronic-Static Discharge Protection Device (ESD) manufactured by SINO-IC. It is a dual-channel DFN0603-D form factor that provides overvoltage protection in a space-saving footprint. Its superior charge handling capability and low clamping voltage protects sensitive electronics from ESD induced transients up to 30 kV (HBM). Its standard logic level transfer characteristics provide low-impedance transient protection, even when long leads are used. It features an ultra-low profile of 0.8mm, allowing applications where space is limited. Additionally, its wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C makes this diode suitable for a wide range of applications.
