It is an ideal optional battery operation solution for home control applications such as access control, appliance TX mode current typ. 36mA 0dBm control, AV control, building automation, energy management, lighting, RX mode current typ. 32mA security, and sensor networks in the Internet of Things. Normal mode current typ. 15mA Sleep mode current typ. 1A It contains all the required passive components, including the crystal and a Wake-up timer current typ. 700nA SAW filter to provide a complete Z-Wave system. The ZM5202 module Less than 1ms cold start-up time remains pad and pin compatible with the ZM3102 and the ZM4102 Z-Wave modules. Radio Transceiver The ZM5202 module is based on an 8-bit 8051 CPU core, which is Receiver sensitivity with SAW filter down optimized to handle the data and link management requirements of a to -103dBm 9.6kbps Z-Wave node. The patented Z-Wave protocol supports automatic Transmit power with SAW filter up to retransmissions, collision avoidance mechanisms, frame +4dBm acknowledgements, frame CRCs, frequency agility, and full mesh routing to Z-Wave 9.6/40/100kbps data rates ensure a highly reliable and robust wireless communication solution. Supports all Z-Wave sub-1 GHz frequency An integrated baseband controller, sub-1 GHz radio transceiver, a bands (865.2 MHz to 926.3 MHz) comprehensive set of hardware peripherals, 16kB of SRAM, and 128kB of Supports multi-channel frequency agility Flash memory is available for OEM applications and the Z-Wave protocol and listen before talk stack.
