The Si4431-B1-FMR with RF Transceiver FSK/GFSK/OOK 3V 20-Pin QFN EP T/R manufactured by Silicon Labs is a low-power, highly integrated radio transceiver designed for low-cost, low-power RF wireless applications. The device is designed to operate in the sub-1GHz ISM bands including 315 MHz, 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz and can be used across multiple applications such as Smart Metering, Home Automation, Industrial Automation, Mobile Communication, Security and satellite communications. The device includes a low-noise amplifier (LNA) and power amplifier (PA) with built-in filtering and harmonic suppression. It supports frequency shift keying (FSK), GFSK and OOK modulation techniques along with data rates up to 50 kbps and a transmit power of up to 14 dBm. It also features integrated channel-hopping technology, Wake-On-Radio, and a packet error-rate detector for reliable communication. The package is a small 20-pin quad flat non-leaded (QFN) package with enhanced thermal dissipation.
