The SI4010-C2-GSR is a Radio Frequency Microcontroller (RFMCU) System-on-Chip (SoC) manufactured by Silicon Labs. It contains a fully integrated 8051 compatible core, which is a single-chip solution for embedded mobility and wireless data applications. The device has a radio and transceiver with a range of ~10m (32ft) in the 2.4 GHz ISM band providing up to 1 Mbps data rate. The on-chip flash memory allows for application code storage and up to 20 MHz clock rate. It also provides a servo pulse width modulation (PWM) output with 1024 levels of control resolution. The device is also compatible with a range of optional external components for things like sensor sensors, accelerometers, LCD drivers, and remote IR control.
