The Silergy SY6280AAC is a SOT-23-5 RoHS compliant, power distribution switch with PMIC (Power Management IC) technology. This IC is an advanced low dropout (LDO) switch which provides up to 6 A continuous current in the SOT-23-5 package. Its maximum quiescent current is 1 µA and its life time on capacitive load is guaranteed at +25°C. The SY6280AAC features excellent transient performance and load regulation capabilities. This part also contains integrated current limit, thermal shutdown protection, and inrush current control logic. It is best suited for use in applications requiring low dropout voltage and ultra-low power consumption.
