KUP-0610-B is part of the SICK photoelectric sensor product line. It is an advanced mid-range thru-beam proximity sensing system which utilizes a polarized infrared optic system to provide highly accurate, reliable detection of objects over long distances. This type of photoelectric sensor is capable of detecting objects over distances up to 10M (32.8 Feet) with a very high accuracy and repeatability. The active sensing range has a detection error rate of less than 1mm. It has a robust, stainless steel housing and a wide temperature operating range up to 150°C, and is designed for intensive industrial applications.
