The PC817X4NSZ2B is a 4-channel optocoupler through-hole optocoupler manufactured by Sharp. It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. It features four optically coupled input and output channels in a single package. Each optocoupler has a phototransistor output with a built-in Zener diode for LED reverse current protection. The isolation voltage is 5kVrms, the current transfer ratio is 50 to 400 percent, and the response time is 4.0 µs (max). The device also features parallel or serial output connection. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +100°C.
