The MM1Z5V6 is a Zener Diodes SOD-123 RoHS manufactured by Semtech. It is a miniature, SOD-123 packaged, RoHS compliant component designed for use in static voltage regulation. It is ideal for board level protection and general purpose Zener diode applications. It offers a low Vz (5V) while achieving an excellent maximum power dissipation of 250 mW. The MM1Z5V6 also offers a fast response time and low reverse leakage current. It is tested for compliance to the following standards: UL94V-0, JEDEC JESD-201A, RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC (2011/65/EU, 2015/863/EU).
