The Semikron SKIIP 25AC126V1 M20 is a three-phase bridge made up of three Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). It is rated at up to 12 A of continuous output current and has a power dissipation of up to 1600W with an on-state voltage drop of 1 V. It also has an overall di/dt capability of 200A/ms. The M20 module is compatible with all SKIIP 25AC126 models. The module has reverse blocking features, low stray inductance for optimized switching performance, easy mounting and reverse current limitation. It is UL approved, conforms to IEC standard 60730-1 and is suitable for applications that require a reliable power supply.
