The RF305BM6STL is a monolithic low noise amplifier by ROHM. It is designed for use in the 2400-2500 MHz frequency range and with a maximum gain of 15 dB. It features low noise figures (1.8 dB typ), high dynamic range (16.5 dB typ) and low current consumption (7.5 mA typ) which makes it ideal for applications such as wireless communication systems, home entertainment systems, and digital TV and DVB-T receivers. The amplifier is housed in an SOT-363 SMT package with an available evaluation board (REF-EVBO-RF305BM6STL-E) for ease of use.
