.The BM6104FV-CE2 is a gate driver with isolation voltage from ROHM. It has an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms with an input pulse width of 90ns and an I/O delay time of 115ns min. This gate driver is designed for low-power industrial applications such as industrial automation, building automation, and noise control systems. It has a built in Under Voltage Lockout function, MOSFET driver, integrated 3.3V supply, low-power shut down feature and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It also has EMC and ESD protection.
