Datasheet AC/DC Drivers PWM Control IC BM1P065FJ General Features The PWM control IC for AC/DC BM1P065FJ PWM frequency: 65 kHz provides an optimum system for all products that PWM current mode method include an electrical outlet. Frequency hopping function A built-in start circuit that withstands 650 V helps to Burst operation during light load / Frequency keep power consumption low. Both isolated and reduction function non-isolated versions are supported, making for 650 V start circuit simpler design of various types of low-power VCC pin undervoltage protection converters. Switching MOSFET and current detection VCC pin overvoltage protection resistors are external devices, thus achieving a higher CS pin open protection degree of freedom in power supply design. The CS pin Leading-Edge-Blanking function switching frequency is set as fixed. Since current mode Per-cycle overcurrent limiter function control is used, a current limit is imposed in each cycle, Overcurrent limiter with AC voltage compensation and excellent performance is demonstrated in function bandwidth and transient response. With a light load, Soft start function frequency is reduced and higher efficiency is realized. Secondary overcurrent protection circuit A frequency hopping function is also built in, contributing to low EMI. Also on chip are soft start and burst functions, a Package per-cycle overcurrent limiter, VCC overvoltage SOP-J8 4.90 mm 6.00 mm 1.65 mm pitch 1.27 mm protection, overload protection, and other protection (Typ.)
