The BD6982FVM-GTR is a motor/motion/ignition controller and driver WL-CSP EEPROM manufactured by ROHM. It is a high speed PWM driver designed specifically for automotive applications. The IC has two channels of high side power output and provides pulse-width modulation (PWM) output for controlling DC motor, Linear or Step motors. It features a trimming function that enables fine adjustment of the PWM output frequency. The device has internal overcurrent, thermal and overvoltage protection. It also includes a built-in EEPROM, which can store up to 6bytes of data.
